The Sentrec 3 Hydro Centrifugal Separator is almost here! After 10 years of improving and simplifying the first and second version we feel it's time to develope one that can help the world of recycling even more.
The Sentrec separator was developed originally for separating LDPE from Cable regrinds.
This mixture of PVC, Rubber, LDPE, Copper and Aluminium is especially challenging due to the fine grain size ( from 0,1 mm to 1 cm ).
Where a normal swim sink tank could not get us the PVC free quality we needed, and the 3-way decanters were to costly in investment and maintenance, we knew we had to come up with a devise that could combine both techniques
The overall design, based on years of hands on experience, makes the separation of plastics easy, fast and precise. Saving time, money, and still get a superb result.
So, after extended re-designing.....
We produced a perfectly working prototype, with an over 99,5% separation output.
And build a 3 meter wide one to test the version 3 technology on a full scale
